For reservations, we process your name, email, phone number, guest count, date, time and message. For newsletter sign-ups, we process your email address. For basic anonymous analytics, we record the page type, language, visit origin and QR table identifier when available.
Why we use it
We use reservation information to confirm and organise your visit, and newsletter email only when you have consented. Analytics help us improve the website and QR menu.
Retention and protection
Access to this information is limited to authorised staff. Analytics events do not retain IP addresses or user-agent values. We retain information only for as long as needed for the service, legal obligations and security.
Your rights and contact
You can request access to, correction or deletion of your personal information, or withdraw newsletter consent, by emailing panorama@panorama.mk.
